VAERS data indicates three Washington deaths following COVID-19 vaccination
A 17-year-old female from Washington died from cardiac arrest 36 days after having received her second Pfizer vaccination. She becomes the third known person found in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) to possibly have died from a COVID-19 vaccine. According to information in the report, she had recovered from a symptomatic but not severe case of COVID-19 in August.
The report indicates she got her first vaccination on Sept. 3 and her second vaccination shot on Sept. 15. She showed up in the emergency department of the hospital Oct. 23 with chest pain and difficulty breathing for the previous 48 hours. She was feeling “completely well” prior to the onset of the symptoms.
The VAERS site is run by the Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and collects data from all over the world. VAERS is a passive reporting system, meaning it relies on individuals to send in reports of their experiences. Anyone can submit a report to VAERS, including parents and patients.
Healthcare providers are required by law to report to VAERS:
- Any adverse event listed in the VAERS Table of Reportable Events Following Vaccination that occurs within the specified time period after vaccinations
- An adverse event listed by the vaccine manufacturer as a contraindication to further doses of the vaccine
The young female’s initial medical evaluation showed her symptoms were mild. “No sick contacts or family members. ED evaluation remarkable for normal exam, no hypoxia, normal blood pressure.” The patient tested “SARS-CoV-PCR positive” but it was thought to be “persistent positive rather than reinfection because of lack of clinical symptoms, recent COVID-19 and recent vaccination.”
An echocardiogram showed below normal heart function. The patient was about to be transported when she suffered cardiac arrest. Hospital staff performed their advanced cardiovascular life support protocol with CPR for 65 minutes. “Unfortunately she was not able to be resuscitated and died. Cause of death possible acute myocarditis,” reads the report.
The VAERS data reviewed shows 29 deaths in the U.S. of people ages 12-17 as of Nov. 5. The youngest was a 12-year-old female in South Carolina with multiple preexisting conditions.
Earlier this summer, a 34-year-old male from Washington developed anaphylactic reaction after a Pfizer vaccination on June 15, 2021. He suffered cardiac arrest on June 23, eight days after receiving the vaccine, then died on June 25. After a full autopsy, a forensic pathologist determined the patient was a healthy adult with no heart disease, no liver disease, and no pneumonia. The coroner determined after a toxicology report that the COVID-19 vaccine was the only contributing factor.
Jessica Berg Wilson, a 37-year-old mother of two, died Sept. 7 from what her obituary says was “COVID-19 vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia.” It is a rare condition causing blood clots.
She was a resident of King County, and was reported to be the first person in the state to die from a vaccine-related blood clot. She received the shot on Aug. 26 and died more than a week later.
According to family members, Jessica became ill after receiving J&J’s vaccine, and went to the emergency room at UW Medical Center. Hospital staff were told Jessica had been vaccinated and was suffering various severe symptoms. But attending doctors insisted on giving Jessica a COVID test and sent her home. They did not pursue any other treatment.
One news report at the time indicated Public Health Seattle and King County said Wilson was the fourth person in the United States to die due to blood clotting issues following the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
“Sadly, this is the first such death in Washington state. We send our deepest condolences to her family and loved ones. Losing a loved one at any time is a tragic and difficult and pain that’s become all too familiar in the last year and a half of this pandemic.” says Umair A. Shah, MD, MPH, secretary of health.
Wilson’s obituary included the following.
During the last weeks of her life, however, the world turned dark with heavy-handed vaccine mandates. Local and state governments were determined to strip away her right to consult her wisdom and enjoy her freedom. She had been vehemently opposed to taking the vaccine, knowing she was in good health and of a young age and thus not at risk for serious illness. In her mind, the known and unknown risks of the unproven vaccine were more of a threat.
But, slowly, day by day, her freedom to choose was stripped away. Her passion to be actively involved in her children’s education — which included being a Room Mom — was, once again, blocked by government mandate. Ultimately, those who closed doors and separated mothers from their children prevailed.
It cost Jessica her life. It cost her children the loving embrace of their caring mother. And it cost her husband the sacred love of his devoted wife. It cost God’s Kingdom on earth a very special soul who was just making her love felt in the hearts of so many.
In April, the CDC paused its authorization of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine to study the risks of rare blood clotting complications. Later that month, the CDC lifted the pause after determining that the benefits of the vaccine outweigh the risks.
The Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines had not been associated with this condition, although there are other health concerns especially myocarditis and pericarditis for young men regarding the mRNA vaccinations.
Adverse Events
As of Nov. 5, there were 18,461 deaths attributed to the COVID-19 vaccinations reported on the VAERS website, and a total of 875,653 total incidents and adverse reactions. Two percent of the adverse events were deaths attributed to the vaccine and another 3 percent resulted in permanent disability. That equals 47,565 deaths or permanently disabled people.
The hospitalization rate was over 10 percent with another 11 percent more making a visit to the emergency room.
Of the 8,456 U.S. deaths reported as of Nov. 5, 10 percent occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 15 percent occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 26 percent occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated, according to one news report.
One of the most immediate reports of vaccine related death came from California. Tim Zook was a health care worker. A couple of hours after receiving his second vaccination, he had an upset stomach and trouble breathing. It became so bad his colleagues at work walked him to the emergency room. Within hours, he was on a BiPAP machine to help push air into the lungs.
Four days later, Tim Zook died.
Rochelle Zook said, “her husband loved what he did. He worked in hospitals for 36 1/2 years. He believed in vaccines. I’m sure he would take that vaccine again, and he’d want the public to take it.”
“But when someone gets symptoms 2 1/2 hours after a vaccine, that’s a reaction,” she said. “What else could have happened? We would like the public to know what happened to Tim, so he didn’t die in vain. Severe reactions are rare. In reality, COVID is a much more deadly force than reactions from the potential vaccine itself.”
“The message is, be safe, take the vaccine — but the officials need to do more research,” Rochelle said. “We need to know the cause. The vaccines need to be as safe as possible. Every life matters.”
The long-awaited autopsy report, released Wed., July 14, found that Zook’s heart was severely enlarged, thicker than normal and dilated. “There is a focus of severe coronary artery disease,” it said, and his heart valves showed mild to moderate calcium deposits.
The official cause of death was listed as “hypertensive and atherosclerotic heart disease with severe cardiomegaly and heart failure.” There is no mention, anywhere, of vaccination playing a role.
His widow Rochelle, has received her COVID-19 vaccines. So have their three adult sons. “He would want us to be safe,” she said.
But she remains convinced that, somehow, Zook’s death is tied back to that last shot.
“Heart enlargement? How did his heart get enlarged?” she asked. “He had been seeing a doctor and getting checkups and tests — no one mentioned an enlarged heart.”
Zook had high blood pressure that was well-controlled with medication, and was slightly overweight but otherwise healthy, she said.
Rochelle’s theory is that the vaccines are so new that much remains unknown. She has decided to preserve samples of her husband’s tissue for future testing, hoping to unlock a mystery as more data about the vaccines emerge in years to come.
In the U.S., 427.6 million COVID vaccine doses had been administered as of Nov. 5. This includes: 250 million doses of Pfizer, 162 million doses of Moderna and 16 million doses of Johnson & Johnson according to the report.

The 17 year old surely sounds like a vaccine caused death, but that’s for the doctors to determine.
However, as always with VAERS, be careful to understand what you’re reading. The system does NOT show > 18,000 deaths “attributed to the vaccine,” but only 18,000 deaths in people who “were vaccinated.” More than 8,000 Americans die EACH DAY, some of whom are otherwise apparently healthy and young. If one has been vaccinated, their death will go into VAERS, NOT because the death was related to the vaccine, but because medical staff are required to enter it.
So, with more than 1/2 of America vaccinated, there are more than 4,000 vaccinated people dying every day, NOT from the vaccine, but just through natural causes.
It really does take medical scientists to determine a cause of death and to determine if a vaccine contributed.

I’m a personal trainer and I promise you there are Plenty of skinny fat people who are very unhealthy and think they are healthy as compared to peer groups.
Someone who has regular physicals from their Drs., no irregularities in blood tests and no history of major problems can generally be considered healthy regulardless of their ideal physical fitness as you are referring to. Not exactly sure what you think qualifies healthy but certainly compared to what a Dr. with the results I mentioned would qualify!

For young people I’m with you. This should be a choice either way. easy for you to say until it happens to one of your loved ones. My healthy wife that had regular physicals developed a cerebral aneurysm after the second shot. She died from it unexpectedly and suddenly.

Tragic that this young woman got vaccinated after she had a covid infection and recovered since she likely had natural immunity. She could have gotten a lab test to verify natural immunity. It also stated that a 17 year old had COVID in August and was vaccinated in the beginning of September. You’re supposed to wait at least 90 days post infection to be vaccinated. What I would like to know is who vaccinated her and why did they do it so soon after infection!?
It also stated that there were only 12 days between her two vaccine doses as well. One on September 3 and the other on the 15th. Something doesn’t add up with this story.

According to the numbers in this article: 0.02% people will be disabled or killed; 0.4% will have an adverse reaction.
However, this is assuming VAERs is accurate. How many days from vaccination is VAERs reporting adverse reactions? Health care providers are required by law to fill out VAERs reports; but are pharmacies and the other places vaccines are provided required to fill out VAERs reports?
Or do they even know if a person getting the vaccine from them dies 30 days later? Since no-one is required to follow up with patients getting vaccines (would be extremely time consuming) the reports accuracy should be questionable and assumed low for the actual numbers of those that had severe reactions or death due to the vaccine.
Don’t take the vaccine, to many unknowns and the risk is not worth it. They are fast to say one that died after the vaccine had underlying conditions but those with covid that died did not have underlying conditions. Most people that died of covid had underlying conditions. Why is United States so much higher deaths do to covid because they list every death covid related even if the person had 4th stage cancer etc..

Be very careful before stating “facts”- it’s very hard to log a patient onto vaers – I know of Drs who have struggled to do so, the problem is the red tape is so intense that you literally have to have medical “proof” that the death was vaccination related- many deaths have occurred- for example this young 17 year old – who “most probably” died because of vaccine- but how do you medically prove it. Surely your statement that anyone that dies having been vaccinated gets added to this list – that number should be exceptionally higher!!!!! If you just count the number of car accidents that “vaccinated “ people have died in. So really!
But yes, I also know of Drs who had to declare anyone dying “with Covid” as a Covid death- for example: man has a car accident, ends up in the ICU while there tests positive for Covid and dies 3 days later from his injuries- in the end he goes down on the medical record as dying “with Covid “ and these are the death role figures that are being used to scare and manipulate the public…
It is not hard to log a patient into VAERS. Anybody can do it. There is no proof required. Have you read thru the VAERS reports? I have read thru about 5000 of the death reports, and of those, I would say about 1/4 should be investigated. The rest are either someone who was going to die anyway (hospice patient who hadn’t eaten in days and skipped their last dialysis treatment) or they are utter nonsense. There are suicides logged on there! And if they had COVID when they died, it has to go on the diagnosis list. They would have a primary reason the person died (such as MVA), but any secondary diagnosis would also go on there (COVID, diabetes, hypertension, etc.).
People with no medical background should be careful when reading and interpreting this data. For the record, I am a infection control nurse (RN) with 12 years experience.
Honestly, many don’t bother. You know that. For every one who logs, there are 5 who don’t. And the same for COVID. For every one reported, there are at least several who don’t. Know of 4 this week who could not get PCR test after rapid… they are booking 2 weeks out.
If doctors would actually admit there are major side effects to this vaccine we might get somewhere. I have suffered ever since I got the vaccine and my doctor refuses to report it. To vaers… Also only 1% ever get reported so you can imagine what the numbers actually are. I have heard of so many people getting blood clots from the vaccine it is insane. Just last week two people that I know one of them did not want to get the vaccine she’s now brain dead. The other one was 14 year old girl… Any of the doctors that actually admit their patients have got a vaccine injury refused to have their names attached to those diagnosis. I also personally know two of them and tons of others who have said the same thing this needs to be taken way way more seriously than it has. You know what let me backtrack I now know three people who have died who started having symptoms immediately after getting the vaccine. Can you imagine the slow onset of possible injuries. I’ve never had heart problems in my life until 2 months after I got the vaccine. But nobody will be able to prove that I can only prove what it’s done to my life 3 days after the vaccine. I’ve never been closer to suicide in my life nobody is listening to us who have been hurt. The marginalized are being completely demonized. While the government and big pharma are worshiped. If you look at all of the reports of injuries and not deaths on the vaers system they are just as outrageous. Most of those reports are from doctors. A small portion of them are from regular citizens. I tried to report mine I gave up it was too hard to figure it out all that being said there really are a lot of people who have been injured by this obviously covid is not a small thing nobody is denying that and nobody even wants to take away the shot but we do need to have a tweet and for the truth to be told so real science… science right now is being denied by science

I’m in a similar situation. 30 days after receiving my second Pfizer dose, I started feeling really ill. It progressively got worse. Bradycardia, hypotension, palpitations, and chest pain. I have never had such issues and I am only 27. Nothing in my life or routines had changed and I cannot find a reason as to why I would suddenly become so ill. I can’t say for sure if it was the vaccine, but, in retrospect, there’s nothing else I can possibly connect these symptoms to. As for right now, I can barely walk due to the sheer fatigue these symptoms are causing me. I’m regularly seeing doctors and cardiologists, though my insurance is denying an echocardiogram. I have asked every doctor I’ve seen if this could be vaccine related, and they will not even entertain the idea. I feel so helpless and ignored.

I know an acquaintance who was reluctant to get the vaccine but was mandated for work and on her first day back in person, died in the parking garage in her way home. She was an active 52 y.o. mother of three, no cardiac history. Autopsy showed blood clots. And my aunt has developed shortness of breath after her second Moderna. Pulmonologist is perplexed and sending her to Boston for further work up for interstitial lung disease, now dependent on steroids. But these cases will never get linked or reported as vaccine related either. We just want to the right to make informed best decisions for ourselves and weigh the risks with our Dr’s forced by the government.

Okay…so help me with your logic. With half of America vaccinated and therefore 4000 vaccinated people dying each day. Why aren’t there 4000 deaths being reported through VAERS each day? The logic isn’t working. There’s nowhere near that number of deaths being reported through VAERS. It’s surely not 100 percent accurate data. But, the data does go through a system of verification. Also, clearly not every death of a vaccinated individual is entered into the system. Not even close. Deaths are entered into this system because it is a possible cause—not absolutely the cause and not as an unrelated cause.
How the heck was she allowed to get her second dose of the Pfizer vaccine just 12 days after getting the first dose?? It’s 21 days minimum between doses and no more than 12 weeks… this says she got the first dose on Sept. 3 and the second on Sept. 15.

Not only were the shots administer 12 days apart, but the 90 day mandatory waiting period did not occur either. It states that she had Covid in August. So why on earth was she given a vaccine so close to infection? It sounds like she still had an active infection and was given both shots.

VAERS is a passive reporting system, and healthcare systems, healthcare providers and hospitals do not always report adverse events and deaths after vaccination to the public VAERS database. The implication was that Kaiser healthcare providers and hospitals do not report to VAERS, which should be clarified.
Other reports by Whistleblowers about hospitals not reporting to VAERS have been made in various US hospitals. Perhaps those troublesome whistleblowers were pushed out by mandates.
Exactly why you are NOT hearing or seeing those figures in the news media! The government wants all to get the vaccine regardless of the risks. You can report those to VAERS if they haven’t. You don’t have to fill in every field just enough fot the VAERS team to evaluate.

Safety is relative. Do you or any of your friends have peanut allergies? Gluten intolerance? Allergies to bee stings? What is harmless to one person may be life threatening to another. You can probably research your state and get the figures for every county. This is very sad! Although I am relieved to hear that I’m not alone. Four days after my second dose of Pfizer, I had SOB, chest pain, feeling faint, this weird tunnel vision thing, all of which I have never had in my life. My blood pressure shot up to 165/105, heart rate to 162. My colleagues took me to the ER, and they took really good care of me. After several test, they could not find anything causing my symptoms. After being given oxygen for several hours, my heart rate began to come back down and I was able to breath better. The only connection was after my first shot, four days later I had a milder case of SOB that went away in two days.
I am very healthy, and have no underlying conditions.
My doctor thinks it was an immune response to the shot, I’m not so sure.

Just curious if you get vaccinated there is a several week time window for your body to develop a immune response and thus it’s ability to recognize COVID-19 exposure or infection in order to fight it off effectively.
The vaccine helps your immune system do it’s role or job and works along with good diet and exercise to keep you healthy. You can do both not necessarily one or the other. I do know someone who went to dinner with family members after receiving the vaccine the day before one of the family members had Covid so everyone in the group came down with COVID-19 including the freshly vaccinated person. My point is that you can get COVID-19 and potentially die from it in tnis situation and it would be reported as a post vaccination death. It sounds like she got her vaccine doses too close together. They are meant to be given 3 weeks apart and she got them just 12 days apart. I am thinking possibly getting them so close together is the issue that caused her death.
Why is it necessary for children to be vaccinated when they’ve been doing just fine up till now – deaths in children due to covid have been extremely rare while it may seem some children are being rushed to hospital for heart related life threatening symptoms and death after being vaccinated. Only a fraction of the deaths and serious injuries are being reported to VAERS. Doctors don’t want to admit they were wrong. VAERS reports take from 1/2 an hour to an hour to complete and at one point (maybe more) the website wasn’t functioning for days…
My 34 year old son passed in Seattle on May 6th from an aortic dissection (same as the 17 year old) in the early morning of the 16th day after receiving the first shot of the Pfizer vaccine. The medical examiner found nothing that that could explain the dissection. A genetic test so far showed no genetic predisposition. He took good care of himself & was pro vax. After much research and discussions with a number of experts, we’ve come to the conclusion that the vaccine was the catalyst that triggered his death. This is a lie article because of multiple red flags: One, this person got her covid vaccinations within 90 days of a symptomatic covid diagnosis. Meaning it’s very good at evading our immune system in its natural state. Natural immunity requires people to get covid. Getting covid means spreading more covid. Spreading more covid means immunocompromised people like babies, elderly, pregnant women, and people with pre-existing conditions (whether they are undiagnosed or diagnosed) get covid easier. Those groups of people not only get it easier, they experience more severe symptoms of Myocarditis, fatigue, fever, pulmonary edemas, and death. Not a quick death. My mom had a heart attack a couple weeks after her second jab. She never felt right after the second shot and brushed it off. She now requires 7, SEVEN MEDICATIONS daily just to be alive. My mom was healthy, eats and cooks very well, not over weight, non smoker, no history of family illnesses, never on any medications etc etc etc.
The second jab also put her mother and her sister in the hospital as well.
My husband had a heart attack Christmas night. This was 2 weeks to the date of him receiving his second Pfizer vaccine. Apparently he’s to have 4 in total to be completely immunized. He thinks he will take his chance and not get a second shot.

My oldest daughter died June 19th 2022 called at Sparrow Hospital 3am Everyone in her husbands family took multiple bio weapon shots The parents Pastor a church in L.Michigan. Thheir oldest son had a sudden death driving into a Hwy pole the a cousin on his second shot (@ 35) a heart attavk!! Morons. 5 children orphaned !! My brothers daughter died this April also in Michigan..orphaned 2 sons !!
Something I was made aware of. Vaers requires the information from the vaccine lot batch etc information before physicians could report as vaccine injury or vaccine related
Many of them did not have that information and so therefore they could not submit it cuz if they submitted it without it it was returned to them saying that it was invalid. Don’t forget that a lot of emergency rooms were not asking people are vaccinated I know for a fact at least in my own experience recently they’re not asking they’re not asking and they’re not considering that patients that have had the vaccine are still experiencing possible issues regarding responses to Future bacteria infections viruses and so on and so forth issues with autoimmune symptoms so similar to autoimmune problems I’m not sure if it’s something different if it’s vaccine-induced but point being they’re both an opinion still can be found we’re finding months to quite a bit long-term later let’s also not forget the morticians who were saying that they notice a significant change in the types of clots that they found impatience that had been vaccinated and only after the vaccinations had started. Many of them commented that they did not find the same clots in people that had died of covid-19 now this is the ones I’ve watched maybe you found some different ones those are all great and dandy however I think it’s safe to say that we underreported vaccine injury and vaccine death and over reported covid-19 infection big time. More importantly is what is our death numbers looking like now by age group? Everywhere else in all the other countries for some reason certain age groups are way higher than they were during covid and before covid and it’s causing a lot of concern I’d be surprised if the United States didn’t show the same thing cuz what would make us so special I’m just saying I still feel like we’re not revealing information to the people as we should because I watch other countries reporting far more information that they’re finding and that is why they’re taking the companies to court for vaccine injury but not America I think it’s because our government still involves paying off the media to not tell us certain things about I don’t know valuable information maybe
