Area citizen offers contact information for Clark County residents to help identify needed road repairs

for Clark County Today
The recent snow, ice and freezing rain has accelerated the formation of potholes throughout Clark County. That started us wondering how people can go about reporting a pothole (or other hazards) in Clark County. So, we contacted WSDOT (Washington State Dept of Transportation) who handle highways and freeways, Clark County (for roads in unincorporated areas) and the Cities.
Following is what each jurisdiction suggests for reporting.
• Clark County – According to Kenneth Lader, PE (Public Works Director/County Engineer) reports may be made by using the form on their website: https://clark.wa.gov/public-works/report-park-road. Ken notes that there are two other links that may be helfpul. (1) If you are not sure who to contact check: https://gis.clark.wa.gov/portal/apps/dashboards/c1ac0eae7b004d428798845d943b5b8f (2) The County also has a Winter Snow and Ice page: https://clark.wa.gov/public-works/winter-snow-and-ice
• WSDOT – They have a general page. Mention “pothole” in the wording and they will route it to the correct group. https://wsdot.wa.gov/about/contacts/send-us-your-feedback
• City of Vancouver – They offer the MyVancouver-app/. They also have an online form on the page you can use.
• City of Camas – Camas has a specific web page for reporting potholes at: Accela CRM (publicstuff.com). They also have a general services page that allows reporting of street light and other issues which can be found at: https://www.cityofcamas.us/publicworks/page/streets.
• City of Washougal – They have a general services page which has an online form that can be completed and submitted: https://www.cityofwashougal.us/FormCenter/Report-a-Concern-21/General-Inquiry-Request-for-Service-Comp-66.
• City of Battle Ground – They offer a general service page on their website that allows completion of a form requesting action. It can be submitted anonymously if desired: https://www.cityofbg.org/FormCenter/Public-Works-9/Public-Works-Request-54
• City of La Center – Their website lists the various agencies with a specific link to file a request for service: https://lacenterwa2.portal.iworq.net/portalhome/lacenterwa2
• City of Ridgefield – They have an APP that can be used. You can find it at: https://ridgefieldwa.us/207/Access-Ridgefield?fbclid=IwAR0vGX4ssN1BUYAlzq8k3iPRW3s_SEtIiCb0uWIhO2hsq6ZWP5K7YSY5OrM
Keep this somewhere handy so you can report potholes and other service needs.
