
Carrie Winters was last seen on Friday (March 27) and last known to be near the Frenchman’s Bar area of west Vancouver
The Vancouver Police are attempting to locate Carrie Ann Winters.
Winters is a 62-year-old female, white, and stands 5-foot-4 and weighs approximately 150 pounds. She has tattoos on her neck, torso, arms, hands and legs.

Carrie Winters was last seen on Friday (March 27) and last known to be near the Frenchman’s Bar area of west Vancouver.
