If you’ve ever wanted to try Dragon Boating but didn’t know where to start, this is your moment

Ridgefield, WA – This summer, the Ridgefield Waterfront becomes more than just a scenic escape – it becomes a gateway to adventure. Imagine gliding across the water in unison with a crew of paddlers, the sound of splashing oars, the sunset on Lake River, and the unmistakable energy of something new.

The city of Ridgefield invites you to be part of this unforgettable experience with FREE Community Paddles happening Friday evenings at 6:30 p.m. from June 20 through early October 3. If you’ve ever wanted to try Dragon Boating but didn’t know where to start, this is your moment. No experience is needed, all equipment is provided, and anyone age 14 and up is welcome to join.

There’s something uniquely powerful about moving together across the water. Learning, laughing, and finding your rhythm as a team. Dragon Boating isn’t just about paddling. It’s about connection. It’s about joy and doing something you never thought you’d try on a warm summer night.

Space is limited, and registration fills quickly. Come as you are – just bring your curiosity and your sense of adventure. We’ll take care of the rest.
