    Nobody ‘needs’ to go to Portland. And if they do, then maybe they should move back there? I’d rather see the bridges dismantled.

    THE LEFT: Overpasses are racists because of the way they were designed. They made it impossible for buses that where too tall to transport people of color from poor neighborhoods, underneath these racist over passes.
     
    ALSO THE LEFT: Let’s put a toll on the bridge. If someone can’t afford to pay the toll, they must not really need the bridge that bad, and they can just stay in their own neighborhood.
