HAZEL DELL — On Sun., Feb. 12, at approximately 1:50 a.m., a vehicle versus pedestrian collision occurred at 6203 NE Highway 99, a Muchas Gracias fast food restaurant.
According to a news release from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, the vehicle struck the passenger who had exited the vehicle, then struck the building and came to rest against the back fence. An altercation between the driver, Jessica Mill, 29, and the passenger, Jameshia Carter, 29, preceded the collision. The driver and passenger are related.
Carter was transported to Southwest Washington Medical Center with nonlife-threatening injuries, and Mill was transported to Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries.
Drugs and/or alcohol may be a factor in the collision. This case is being investigated by the Clark County Traffic Investigation Unit. No further information to follow.
