Fauci rips anti-vax ‘disinformation’ despite admitting shots don’t work

Dr. Anthony Fauci complained on Monday that his effort to get people to adopt the government's COVID-19 health measures has been hampered by "misinformation and disinformation."

Dr. Anthony Fauci complained on Monday that his effort to get people to adopt the government’s COVID-19 health measures has been hampered by “misinformation and disinformation.”

But it’s Fauci who, in his defense of masking, lockdowns and vaccines, has spread information that has turned out not to be true, sometimes with life-altering and even deadly consequences.

“The anti-vax-type feeling amongst some, superimposed upon the political divineness we have in this country … and social media misinformation and disinformation, it’s very difficult to get people to adhere to common sense public health measures,” Fauci said in an interview.

Meanwhile, internal documents recently obtained by the group America First Legal confirm there was direct coordination between the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and social media platforms on censoring skepticism or criticism of COVID-19 shots, which was characterized as “vaccine misinformation.”

Fauci and President Biden were among the top officials who declared one year ago that people who received the COVID-19 vaccines would not contract the disease. Both, while quadruple-vaccinated, caught COVID-19, and both suffered a rebound of the disease while taking the Pfizer drug Paxlovid, which the government recommends for COVID treatment.

Dr. Deborah Birx, the White House coronavirus response coordinator at the time the vaccines were developed and rolled out, said in a recent interview she wasn’t surprised that people who were quadruple vaccinated contracted the disease.

“I knew these vaccines were not going to protect against infection and I think we overplayed the vaccines,” Birx told the Fox News Channel’s Neil Cavuto.

Previously, Fauci acknowledged to Cavuto that the vaccines “don’t protect overly well” from infection.

He has continued to maintain that the COVID shots protect against severe illness, hospitalization and death, despite studies and real-world data to the contrary.

And, he and the nation’s top health officials continue to ignore the reports of severe illness and death attributed to the COVID vaccines in the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System database run by the CDC and the FDA. As of July 22, VAERS contained 29,790 reports of COVID-19 vaccine-related deaths among a total of more than 1.3 million adverse events.

On Twitter, a woman who identified herself as a health-care worker explained in a video why she regretted getting the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

She said she believed the officials who told her ‘You won’t get sick and you won’t die.” But now she said she is suffering from chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, which is described by the National Institutes for Health as “a neurological disorder characterized by progressive weakness and impaired sensory function in the legs and arms.”

“It’s changed my life completely,” she said. “If I had to do it all over again, I would have never got the vaccine.”

Last Friday, the nation’s first class action lawsuit for health care workers over a COVID shot mandate was settled for more than $10.3 million. The settlement against NorthShore University HealthSystem was on behalf of more than 500 current and former health care workers who were denied religious exemptions from the COVID shot mandate.

Mat Staver, founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel, which brought the lawsuit, said the settlement “should be a wake-up call to every employer that did not accommodate or exempt employees who opposed the COVID shots for religious reasons.”

Time to ‘dispel the myth’

In a House committee session last Wednesday considering an amendment to a bill, Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., said it’s time to “dispel the myth” that the vaccines stop infection and the spread of COVID-19, which was the basis for kicking people out of the military.

He noted that not a single member of the military has received an FDA- approved vaccine, which was the basis upon which the Defense Department implemented the mandate. Instead of the Pfizer’s FDA-approved Comirnaty product, for example, military personnel continued to receive the experimental vaccine approved for emergency use.

“I would characterize it as a crime in progress,” Massie said.

Makes no sense that ‘everybody should take it’

Fauci, himself, has argued against universal vaccination.

In a video unearthed by a Twitter user, he is heard explaining that the toxicity of the smallpox vaccine – which is being used for the current monkeypox outbreak – was known, which is why the idea of “everybody should take it” didn’t make sense.

“Since smallpox, as effective of a vaccine as it is, has some rare but nonetheless very serious, toxic side effects, if you’re immunosuppressed, it could be deadly. If you’re one of those people who have this strange myocarditis,” he said.

In a 1999 broadcast of the PBS program “Nova,” Fauci warned that the potential harms of a new vaccine might become apparent only after more than a decade.

“If you take [the vaccine], and then a year goes by and everybody’s fine, then you say, ‘OK, that’s good, now let’s give it to 500 people’; and then a year goes by and everything’s fine. You say, ‘Well, then, now let’s give it to thousands of people,'” he said.

“And then you find out that it takes 12 years for all hell to break loose, and then what have you done?”

Shut it down

Fauci insisted in July that he did not recommend locking down the nation. But in October 2020, he explicitly said, “I recommended to the president that we shut the country down.”

‘No reason to be walking around with a mask’

Fauci recommended recently that people in indoor settings in certain areas wear a mask.

But he told then Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Burwell in a February 2020 email that he didn’t recommend universal masking, arguing masks “are really for infected people to prevent them from spreading infection to people who are not infected rather than protecting uninfected people from acquiring infection.” Similarly, Fauci spoke out against universal masking amid a pandemic in a “60 Minutes” interview one month later.  He warned of “unintended consequences,” saying there’s “no reason to be walking around with a mask” in “the middle of an outbreak.”

Fauci later said he told Americans they didn’t need to wear a mask because he wanted to ensure there was enough supply for frontline workers.

However, at the time of his interview, the executive director of the World Health Organization health emergencies program, Dr. Mike Ryan, said there was “no specific evidence to suggest that the wearing of masks by the mass population has any potential benefit.”

“In fact, there’s some evidence to suggest the opposite in the misuse of wearing a mask properly or fitting it properly,” he said.

The WHO at the time recommended people not wear face masks unless they are sick with COVID-19 or caring for someone who is sick.

In March 2020, the CDC also said masks “are usually not recommended” in “non-health care settings.”

‘We were always aware’

Fauci has insisted during the pandemic that immunity produced by a COVID-19 vaccine is superior to natural immunity derived from an infection, which contradicted his own researchers, the longtime conventional wisdom about respiratory viruses and his own pre-pandemic statements.

The downplaying or dismissal of the power of natural immunity was one of the key principles behind pushing vaccine mandates.

But in a recent interview with The Hill, Fauci has declared his faith, at least to “a degree,” in natural immunity.

“We were always aware,” he said, “that if you get infected, you have a degree of protection against reinfection.”

Now that Fauci has announced his imminent resignation (Dec 2022 after the mid-years), he has the luxury of choice for his next residence. Who knows, he may be welcomed with open arms by the WHO.

What an eye-opener to all! Thanks Art!

In a House committee session last Wednesday considering an amendment to a bill, Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., said it’s time to “dispel the myth” that the vaccines stop infection and the spread of COVID-19, which was the basis for kicking people out of the military.” I agree that it is indeed “a crime in progress.” A medical crime against wellbeing andhumanity.
Is it not time that the real sources of misinformation and disinformation be clearly identified? It has been obvious to many that mandates based on false data were used to manipulate people.
Fauci is coming across more and more like someone who is cornered by his own lies, is desperate to find plausible answers, but only manages to expose his own deceits, and is now trapped in his self created tangled web of evil subterfuge.
Don’t forget Fauci.’s boss, the president who makes promises he does not keep!
Anyone who understands the basic concepts of immunology and/or virology would see through Fauci’s lies. So many health professionals and scientists and those who merely question the jabs have been treated like criminals. They deserve our support.
The real criminals are those who use fear to manipulate populations into abject compliance, in their quest for endless riches and power.
Let’s face it: if jabs were so safe and effective, there would be no need for mandates. People would line up to buy. Please wake up, open your mind, look at the facts, and stop sacrificing yourselves.

Exemption from jab mandates should be extended beyond ‘religious’ reasons. There are many other reasons why people refuse the jab. One obvious reason is that many people, who trust their immune system, prefer to remain free of vaccines/jabs, and free of pharma-drugs. The risk of adverse events from the jab by far outweigh the risk of catching Covid19.

So, to be clear, you are saying more people have died from adverse effects of the vaccine than have died from the virus? We’re over one million deaths in the US and I’m pretty sure even the useless VAERS data wouldn’t claim that many deaths from the vaccine. Hyperbole can be an effective literary device, but here on CCT it is risky to use it due to Poe’s Law.

That’s not at all what she is saying and you know it. Your counter argument/comparison is irrelevant. The examination that would be more relevant is comparing the adverse effects, loss of freedom and rights of being forced to have a COVID shot vs. The actual (not promised or perceived) benefits of receiving the vaccine. I made the choice to get the vaccine largely because my primary care physician said it would take death and hospitalization “off the table.” We now know with 100 percent certainty that isn’t true. We also know the shot doesn’t prevent us from getting COVID. So, if you want to preach that others should get vaccinated you need a dramatically different argument.

And in anticipation of your response, I am not stating that I believe there is no benefit to the COVID vaccine. I just believe the evidence strongly suggests the benefits have been grossly exaggerated and the adverse effects have been minimalized or even hidden from us intentionally. And that doesn’t take into account the loss of freedom and rights by the mandates and coercion etc. So have all the shots you want, it’s your right. Even express your desire or belief for others to be vaccinated. Just use truths and relevant facts when making your argument and not the nonsense we’ve been fed for so long now!

Ken, many thanks for your rational and open minded response; it is truly appreciated, particularly at times like this. The prerogative of those who choose to be jabbed must be respected. Equal respect must be given to those who decide not to take the jab. It is no secret that there are people who, by choice, remain free of pharma drugs and free of vaccines/jabs, and have remained free of ailments because their robust immune system interacts effectively with pathogens. There is no need to denigrate those people.
Scientific research to date clearly demonstrates the facts. How a person chooses to interpret them is up to them.
What some see as a risk, others may regard as a benefit. To each his own!
Thanks again for your objective analysis.

Thank you for this! I so appreciate your spirit and like minded thinking. I do so hope and pray our lawmakers..ahem… will also see this and stop pushing insane mandates. Forcing masks on children, etc. Let freedom ring!

Thank you, Wolfie – your uplifting message is received with gratitude. It is wonderful to interact with like minded persons. Having said that, discourse with people on topics of ‘mutually agree to disagree’ on the basis of mutual respect, civility and objectivity can be quite interesting. I find the idea of jabbing babies and children horrific, particularly since they have no choice at all – parents make the decision for them. Since the mRNA jabs in humans is semi-experimental (never done prior), there is likely to be that fleeting thought of ‘what if things go wrong’, ie risks. It is a dilemma for parents.
As for masks, to me the undeniable accumulation of CO2 is of concern; it will vary with different materials or fabrics. Over 150 research papers have discussed this. An important point is that a mask cannot stop a virus – the size of a virus is so small that it will easily go through fabric. Humans must breathe – so what is the solution? Maintain a robust immune system to protect your terrain! It sure works for many.
Thanks again, Wolfie, I truly enjoy your posts for a multitude of reasons.

Well you already told me what I do and don’t know, told me my thoughts were irrelevant, and informed me what my response would be, so I guess all that’s left is to note the irony of being told to use truth and relevant facts and sign off. Enjoy the echo chamber everyone. 🙂

Thank you for expressing your opinion.

        My statement:
“The risk of adverse events from the jab by far outweigh the risk of catching Covid19.”
is merely a direct reversal of the much touted and extremely well publicized ‘mantra’ on the Covid19 jabs:

“The benefits far outweigh the risks.”

They that died made the mistake of going to the hospital where they were finished off. What part of depopulation don’t you get. Africa fared better than us because they didn’t have medical “intervention”. Actually I hope you got at least 2 doses

It is a virus. For heavens sake, 2.5 years in and people are still afraid of this? You don’t need a vaccine.. have you ever had one for a cold? Have you ever worn a mask for a cold or even for the flu? Immunocompromised people have lived with colds/flu before. I simply do not understand the hysteria over this virus except for one thing.. the media. If we did not have newspapers and online social media and clearly corrupt news nightly spewing the terror of this virus, none of us would be batting an eye. Just open your eyes, people.

I first got interested in this nov 2019, and thought how odd, how bizarre that this came from bat soup when the virus had been boiled and boiled in said soup. Virus a fragile things. Oh hey wait the wuhan lab is nearby and they had been doin gain of function research in said area. Ie how to make the virus more virulent or weapons it. Then the head of the lab died and the fear on his face was easily seen. His assistant immediately fled with a USB stick with all the data on it proving manipulation had occurred. She was in HK a short time the off to the USA for further disclosure of her data. A few tv stops so she didn’t get silenced to quick then anonymity. The USA knew from the get-go that it’s was made and from where. But that’s no how thing work as it was fauci that ok’d gain of function GOF. a direct violation of the law and a death sentence. Over time they realised that fauci had so much dirt on politicians, labs, FDA CIA chinese , drug cartels and couldn’t prosecute him and besides the house and senate members were albeing funded by those they were about to throw under thr bus. Big pharma lobbied many to the tune of billions of dollars, but a wheel fell off. Some bright spark said let’s not let a good pandemic go to waste and so threw billions more dollars at it and basically turned the media into a Friday night horror movie. Everyone was on board the gravey train and politicians were well paid and easy to control. 39 billion and counting for pfizer, fauci made millions as he was part of changing the laws to allow science paid for with your taxes to produce nonsense drugs at expensive cost to sell back to you. A little horror in the picture and the media to push it along and censored everyone with a scientific mind or view. Throw in a mask that cannot possibly strain a virus and the horror show complete with mask and gel was complete. Give this to the masses and they in turn will crank it up and get more and more jabs and boosters. YEP. The vaccine gene therapies were promised to be 97% effective and so the FDA and the government lobbied to have them released under emergency use only. People stampeded for them, I want to live they shouted down the street. Now we see discarded masks around, temp machines that did nothing, no data to suggest that the jabs did anything to stop anything and in fact that natural immunity was many times better. Now the jabbed are living in fear of the spike protein coming back to haunt them forever as it’s in the body and is there forever,
. Why? Because it alters the DNA and this is now proven. So the jabbed will walk among us in total denial, always fighting for their own decision. My thoughts are with the children that were forced to vax.

Fauci has held a senior position with seven US presidents, starting with Reagan, and with NIAID. The 100% exemption for vaccine manufacturers from any and all liability is but one of the many money-driven plots in which he participated.  The threat was that vaccine makers would stop production unless they were exempted from all liability. No other pharma drug has this ‘luxury’!!!!
    H.R.5546
Provides that no vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death:
    (1) resulting from unavoidable side effects; or
    (2) solely due to the manufacturer’s failure to provide direct warnings.”
Unlike almost every other industry on the face of the earth, vaccine makers do not have to compensate their victims when their products injure or kill.
This must be revoked, ie totally abolished, initiated by our votes and through our elected representatives.
The real dis-/mis-informants and conspiration designers are Fauci, his masters, and his believers.
Plain common sense is all it takes to see through this inhumane charade.

“Dr. Anthony Fauci, the highest paid employee in government today, today said he will leave his post as head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases — a post that enabled him to push lockdowns and vaccine mandates without acknowledging the downside to those policies.”

Whatever his future endeavors may be, let us hope that he will never again be in a position to wreak havoc on public health and wellness.
