Volcanoes return home Saturday, April 27, in The Basketball League

The Vancouver Volcanoes look to improve to 4-0 against the Great Falls Electric this season, with a home game Saturday, April 27, at Hudson’s Bay High School.


Vancouver’s professional basketball team is in first place

The Vancouver Volcanoes are 3-0 against the Great Falls Electric this season, and on Saturday night, the Volcanoes have a chance to make it 4-0.

The first-place Volcanoes swept Great Falls in Montana last week and return home Saturday night at Hudson’s Bay High School to face Great Falls again.

The Volcanoes have won four in a row overall and are 11-3, atop the Pacific Northwest standings in The Basketball League. Markus Golder leads the team in scoring, averaging 25.0 points per game. 

Tickets for home games are $10. 

Saturday’s game also will feature a fundraiser for the Northwest Association for Blind Athletes.
