
Oaks Park has a $3 online ticket discount
An Oregon park known for its family-fun entertainment is extending its roller rink hours and offering a special discount for its Washington neighbors who are on Spring Break.
The Oaks Park Roller Rink will be open at various times from Tuesday, April 2 through Friday, April 5 for the special rates. The rink is also open over the weekend..
The Oaks Park Roller Rink in Portland notes on its website that it is the oldest rink in the country. It also has the largest skating space west of the Mississippi River.
Oregon and Washington schools have different Spring Breaks, and this week being Washington’s week, Oaks Park wants to extend an invitation to those in Clark County and beyond from Washington.
While sunny skies are here today and Tuesday, the weather forecast calls for rain and much cooler temperature later in the week. Oaks Park Roller Rink, of course, is indoors.
Hours are:
• Tuesday, April 2: 1 to 5 p.m.
• Wednesday, April 3: 1 to 5 p.m., and 7 to 9:30 p.m.
• Thursday, April 4: 1 to 5 p.m, and 7 to 7:30 p.m.
• Friday, April 5: 1 to 5 p.m., and 7 to 10:30 p.m.
• Saturday, April 6: 1 to 5 p.m., and 7 to 10:30 p.m.
• Sunday, April 7: 1 to 5 p.m., and 7 to 9:30 p.m.
