Bad news Mike. I’m sure that just about everybody here in CC has been made aware of the gross incompetence, massive stupidity, and failure to take responsibility in the major disaster in the uber upscale communities in the Smogopolis vicinity. Unfortunately for us, the same type of gross incompetents have been elected to every statewide office in Washington, as well as District 5.
More importantly than tradition, invocations are living ceremonies, where governments formally acknowledge that “Americans deem that their own existence must be understood by precepts far beyond the authority of government to alter or define,” thus putting government in a subservient roll, under God, to citizens.
