County leaders outline priorities for growth, safety, and affordability
Clark County Council Chair Sue Marshall used her final State of the County Address to reflect on both the county’s accomplishments and the challenges ahead as the region continues to grow. Marshall highlighted investments in public safety, housing affordability efforts, climate planning, parks, and long-term development strategies while encouraging residents to stay involved in local government decisions. The address also touched on the county’s Comprehensive Growth Plan, new deputy hiring funded through a sales tax increase, and ongoing work by the Charter Review Commission. As Clark County continues planning for the future, Clark County Today wants to know how residents feel about the county’s overall direction.
