Today, I want to share my thoughts on a critical decision facing our community — who should be our next mayor? The choice is clear: Justin Forsman is the leader Vancouver needs, and Anne McEnerny-Ogle simply isn’t the right fit for our future.

Justin Forsman isn’t your typical politician. He’s a fighter for local control, for our rights, and for policies that serve the people of Vancouver, not outside interests or global agendas. Justin has been outspoken against organizations like ICLEI and the UN’s Agenda 21/2030, which threaten to influence our city without proper transparency or our community’s consent. He’s committed to fighting back against policies that limit property rights, burden taxpayers with unnecessary taxes, and impose solutions that ignore our local voices.

Justin’s campaign is built on the promise of putting Vancouver’s residents first. He understands that bogged-down road diets, overreach in development, and government overreach hurt the very communities they should serve. He stands for common sense transportation policies, fiscal responsibility, and protecting our community’s character. Justin is ready to take on the entrenched interests that have distracted our city from its real priorities.

Now, let’s be honest about the current leadership. Anne McEnerny-Ogle has served as mayor, bringing experience and she’s been at the helm during challenging times. But, after her time in office, many residents feel the city faces unresolved issues: rising debt, increasing crime, and frustration over how the pandemic was handled. Her approach has been slow and incremental, often failing to address these core problems with the urgency they deserve.

The truth is, we need bold, decisive leadership — not more of the same. Justin Forsman offers fresh ideas, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and the courage to stand up for Vancouver’s independence. His vision for our city is one of vibrant local control, transparent government, and a community that is free to thrive without unnecessary restrictions or outside interference.

This election is about choosing between two visions: one of stagnation with McEnerny-Ogle, and one of renewal with Justin Forsman. We deserve a mayor who will listen to us, respect our community’s values, and fight for our interests rather than those of distant organizations or political insiders.

Justin Forsman is committed to making a real difference. He’s dedicated to restoring trust in our local government, supporting local businesses, enhancing public safety, and protecting our community’s character for generations to come.

This decision is too important to leave to chance. We need a leader with integrity, courage, and a genuine love for Vancouver. Justin Forsman embodies these qualities, and I encourage you to consider voting for him.

Let’s choose a future where Vancouver’s voice is heard loud and clear. Vote Justin Forsman for mayor — because our community deserves nothing less.

Thank you for your support.
