The Vancouver Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating Odessa J Riley. The 13-years-old Riley was last seen on Wednesday (July 19) and is considered missing and endangered.
Odessa Riley is a black female; 5-foot-9 tall and 170 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen in the area of Truman Elementary School wearing a silver necklace.
