On Sunday (Oct. 29), Vancouver Police responded to a neighborhood in the area of S. Leiser Road and Highway 14 regarding a physical disturbance between a male and female. The male forced the female into a vehicle and left the scene prior to police arrival.
The incident was captured on video by nearby residents and at this time Vancouver Police are seeking to identify the parties and vehicle.

The photo shows what appears to be a male and female involved with a white Ford Mustang, dealer plates displaying the word “Power” or something similar.
