Police report missing endangered adult found

The Vancouver Police Department has reported that a missing endangered man has been found safe.

On Tuesday (Aug. 18) at about 6:45 p.m., Austin Jenkins, walked away from his father after an argument that took place north on NE Andresen Road from NE Fourth Plain Blvd. Jenkins functions at the level of an 8-12 year old. 

Jenkins is not from the Vancouver area, and is not known to leave for this length of time. He does not have a phone or monetary means and family members have no idea where he might have gone.

Austin Jenkins is described as a white male, 5-foot-10 and 250 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair, He was last seen wearing a neon Seattle Seahawks jacket, carrying a Seahawks blanket and a grey duffle bag.
