Vancouver Police investigate shooting


Victim allegedly shot and stabbed during an armed robbery

VANCOUVER — The Vancouver Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place during an armed robbery early Sunday morning.

On Sunday (July 19) at about 3:45 a.m., Vancouver Police responded to a report that multiple shots had been fired in the 9600 block of East Mill Plain.  Shortly thereafter, a male arrived at a Vancouver hospital for medical treatment.  

During the investigation, police learned the victim had been shot and stabbed during an armed robbery that took place at the location.  The victim’s injuries are described as non-life threatening. The suspects are described by Vancouver Police as three black males.
