
Despite lifesaving efforts from officers, the 22-year-old male victim was pronounced deceased
VANCOUVER – On Saturday (Jan. 6) at about 3:20 a.m., Vancouver Police responded to the intersection of E 18th St and Bryant St. for the report of gunshots heard and a person on the sidewalk that had been shot.
When officers arrived, they located a 22-year-old male unresponsive. Despite lifesaving efforts from officers, the victim was pronounced deceased.
The Vancouver Police Department Major Crimes team is investigating. The identity of the victim will be released by the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office. Nothing further is releasable at this time.
