Former Republican opponents will appear at a Tuesday event in Ridgefield to publicly discuss the future of Southwest Washington

Heidi St. John is teaming up with Joe Kent in an effort to get the Republican 3rd Congressional District candidate a victory over Democrat Marie Gluesenkamp Perez in the November general election.
Perez and Kent defeated St. John in the August 2022 primary. Perez then went on to defeat Kent by less than 1 percent of the vote in the November 2022 general election. St. John and Kent have previously not been on the same page politically, even though they are fellow Republicans. St. John supported Camas City Councilor Leslie Lewallen in her attempt to earn one of the two spots in November’s general election, but Lewallen was defeated in the August primary election.
“I reached out to Joe several weeks ago to discuss how we could work together for SW Washington,’’ St. John told Clark County Today in a Monday message. “We are a very divided area and the only way to win is if we come together and vote with one voice.’’
St. John and Kent gathered last week for a one-on-one meeting and the two will appear together at a Tuesday event in Ridgefield.
“We had a very good meeting,’’ St. John said. “This is our desire: to see WA State WIN again. When conservatives show up, we win. I’m looking forward to doing whatever I can to promote the platform candidates and urging others to get out and vote.’’
On Tuesday (Sept. 24) Kent and St. John will gather to publicly discuss the future of Southwest Washington, national security and the importance of your vote. Tuesday’s event will start at 7 p.m. and will take place at 14 Acres Vineyard & Winery, located at 2411 NE 244th St. in Ridgefield.
“Heidi is a respected community leader here in Southwest Washington and around the country, and I’m proud to have earned her support and her help,’’ Kent told Clark County Today. “Republicans are united like never before to flip this seat, and Heidi will be an important part of securing that victory.’’

Federally, no group of dentists should declare Fluoridation is medicine and allow the public to vote to drink it. Your neighbor should not vote for anyone to take an industrial waste product to reduce cavities. This violates medical standards for prescribing drugs. (Especially since it is not medicine) That poison demineralizes your teeth and bones. Makes more money for dentists. It makes lots of money for the dentists and medical professions.

They are both off the mark. This Republican cannot vote for either of them. Between them, they blew up this reliable seat and now we are all paying for it. He needs to go back to Portland to cause his disruption!
