The Vancouver Police Department, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public’s help to solve the homicide of a 53-year-old man.
On May 27, 2023, Randall West was located deceased in his home in the 4000 block of NE 137th Avenue in Vancouver. His death has been ruled a homicide. Detectives from the Vancouver Police Department Major Crimes Unit are actively investigating this case.
West’s family shares that he was an avid fisherman in his younger years and loved to play billiards.
Investigators are seeking tips and information that will lead to an arrest and they would like to hear from anyone with information about this homicide investigation.
