
It was reported a single motorcycle left the Washougal River Road early Saturday morning
On Saturday (Oct. 21) at about 2:10 a.m., a 9-1-1 caller reported a motorcycle collision near the 2400 block of SE Washougal River Road in Clark County. It was reported a single motorcycle left the roadway, injuring the rider.
First responders with Camas-Washougal Fire, Washougal Police and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office arrived to find the rider of the motorcycle deceased. Identification of the rider will be done by the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Detectives with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit responded to the scene and are conducting an investigation. Washougal River Road was closed for several hours and drivers were advised to avoid the area.
This case is active pending further investigation by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit.
