
Two victims suffered non life-threatening injuries
Two victims suffered non life-threatening injuries in a shooting in Hazel Dell Friday.
On July 15, at about 10:05 p.m., deputies responded to multiple reports of a large disturbance and possible shots fired at 7912 NE 18th Avenue, the Windsor Estates Apartment complex.
Responding Clark County Sheriff’s Office deputies reported hearing gunfire as they arrived. One victim was located on scene with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the arm. He was transported to a local hospital. A second victim was later contacted at the hospital with non-life-threatening-injuries stemming from the disturbance.
Evidence located at the scene indicates at least 16 shots were fired during the disturbance.
Detectives with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Detective Unit and Major Crimes Unit responded to the scene and are investigating.
