
Registration for the Nov. 8 event at the Battle Ground Community Center is required by Friday (Nov. 1)
The Clark County Republican Women will hold a dinner event to honor the men and women who have sacrificed and have worn the military uniforms of our country.
“It’s time to show our gratitude with a celebration,’’ read an announcement of the Salute to Veterans event scheduled for Fri., Nov. 8 at the Battle Ground Community Center, located at 912 East Main Street in Battle Ground. The event is scheduled for 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Registration is required by Fri., Nov. 1. All veterans receive the discounted Clark County Republican Women member’s price of $30. The price for others is $40. Registration is available HERE. A buffet-style dinner will be served with desserts and complimentary wine and beer.
The event will include riveting video presentations, the Veterans’ Honor Roll, military stories, live music and auction items. There will also be a $200 gift card drawing for veterans.
