
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 40-year-old Kristal Stromme
On Monday (June 17) at about 5:14 a.m., Clark County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a single car, single occupant collision in the 13000 block of NE 144th St. The vehicle reportedly left the roadway and collided with a pole.
The driver of the vehicle was found to have been ejected from the vehicle. Patrol deputies observed airbags had been deployed. The driver of the vehicle was located in close proximity to where the car came to rest.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 40-year-old Kristal Stromme, a resident of Amboy, was the sole occupant of the vehicle during the collision.
Stromme was contacted by medics, and she was having difficulty breathing. Stromme was provided aid and placed into an ambulance and transported to a local hospital to be treated. Deputies arrived at the hospital and were advised Stromme had passed away from her injuries.
Stromme’s family has been notified. The CCSO Traffic Investigation Unit will work the investigation.
