On Tuesday (April 2) at approximately 6:44 a.m., a man called 9-1-1 from the 3200 block of NE Petticoat Lane and reported that he had shot another man with a bow and arrow after an altercation. A witness reported seeing two men fighting in front of the residence earlier in the morning, around 6:05 a.m. One of the men was reportedly seen walking away with the other following in a vehicle. It appears the two returned, where a second altercation ensued, resulting in a homicide.
