HAZEL DELL — A 72-year old Hazel Dell man is charged with stabbing his roommate Tuesday afternoon.
At approximately 5 p.m. the Clark County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call of an assault with a knife between the two men at a home in the 7000 block of NE 31st Ave.
The stabbing victim, who has not been identified, was treated at the scene then taken to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center for surgery. His condition has not been released.
The suspect was identified as 72-year-old William Loy, of Vancouver. Loy was booked into the Clark County Law Enforcement Center on charges of first degree assault, Domestic Violence.
