Clark County Sheriff’s Office seeking assistance with sexual assault investigation

CCSO officials are requesting the assistance of residents of the Truman Neighborhood who may have seen or have video footage of any suspicious individuals

VANCOUVER — The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public with a sexual assault investigation.

At 5:30 a.m. Feb. 27, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a sexual assault that occurred in the area of NE 42nd ave and NE 44th street in the Truman Neighborhood.  Deputies responded and an investigation was initiated by the Clark County Major Crimes Unit.  

At this time, the CCSO officials are requesting the assistance of residents of this area who may have seen or have video footage of any suspicious individuals between the hours of 4 a.m. and 7 a.m. Feb. 27.
