Battle Ground Police make arrest in commercial burglary, theft case

Christopher Lee Fettig, 27, of Longview charged with Burglary II and Theft II in the Bo’s Home Décor case

BATTLE GROUND — Battle Ground Police Officers have made an arrest in the burglary and theft of Bo’s Home Décor.

The morning of April 30, officers responded to Bo’s Home Décor, 602 East Main Street in Battle Ground, after the store’s owner called 9-1-1 to report that her store had been broken into.   Police officers immediately began an investigation, collecting evidence from in and around the store, and talking to potential witnesses.

On May 2, Battle Ground Police Officers arrested Christopher Lee Fettig, 27, of Longview on charges of Burglary II and Theft II in the Bo’s Home Décor case.  Fettig was already in custody on an unrelated possession of controlled substance charge.

Fettig was booked into the Clark County Jail and charges were forwarded to the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office.
