Real estate market stats in Clark County for July remain strong

The average home sale price increased to $537,900 from $530,000

The real estate market in Clark County continues to be robust, according to statistics provided in a release of the latest residential real estate market stats from the RMLS for July 2021, shared with Clark County Today by the staff at Cano Real Estate (CanoRealEstate.com).

In July 2021, there were 1,213 new listings, which is a 3.3 percent increase from the 1,174 listed in July 2020, and an increase of 7.7 percent from the 1,126 listed in June 2021.⁠

The 969 pending sales last month show a 5.8 percent decrease from the 1,029 offers accepted in July 2020, and a decrease of 3.3 percent from the 1,002 offers accepted the previous month in June 2021.⁠

Closed sale count of 993 this July was an increase of 5.8 percent from the 939 closings last year in July 2020, and an increase of 2.8 percent from the 966 closings last month in June 2021.⁠

Inventory slightly increased to 0.7 months in July 2021 from 0.6 months in June 2021. Total market time also increased to 17 days, up from 16 days in June. The average home sale price increased to $537,900 from $530,000, and the median home sale price of $475,000 slightly decreased from $476,800 the previous month.⁠
