Six new homes are being built in Camas, which will be home to the 2025 Parade of Homes, which will open in September

Tickets are on sale now for one of the biggest events of the year for the Building Industry Association of Clark County.

The 47th GRO Parade of Homes will be open in Camas in September.

Crews are busy completing the six new homes that will be on display for the parade at The Nines at Camas Meadows (4700 NW Camas Meadows Drive.)

“This year’s GRO Parade of Homes demonstrates that the future of liveability is not relegated to square footage,” said Alexa Lee, president of the BIA of Clark County. “From condo living to expansive dream homes, we have something in every size for today’s home buyer or renovator.”

Featuring the latest in high-end home construction from Pacific Lifestyle Homes, Urban NW Homes, NW Fortune Development, and NR Construction Concepts, the parade will offer a walk-through experience at six homes.

Each home boasts open-air living spaces, and state-of-the-art home technology, appliances, lighting, plumbing, textures, and colors. Trusted builders, designers, and real estate professionals will be on site to answer questions and offer insights.

The official opening of the parade is Sept. 5, and it runs through Sept. 21. The parade is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Tickets are $15 per person and can be purchased online at groparadeofhomes.com or on site during the event.

There are several highlight days, as well, including a special preview on Sept. 4.

VIP Night is Thursday, Sept. 4, from 5 to 9 p.m. Celebrate with first access to the home tours. Presenting sponsor NW Natural will cater dinner. It is a 21-and-over event. Hero Day is Sunday, Sept. 14. Active and retired military will receive free admission. First responders and teachers with a valid ID get $ off of admission.

Designer Day is Wednesday, Sept. 10. Industry designers will gain complimentary admission. A special industry networking happy hours will be from 4 to 6 p.m at an extra cost.

Industry Day is Thursday, Sept. 11. This is a networking event with refreshment from 4 to 6 p.m. Admission is free for local builders and realtors with a business card and photo ID at entry. 

The Building Industry Association of Clark County is the region’s leading building industry and small business advocate. The organization promotes and protects the building industry through a multi-faced approach to government affairs, public relations, and professional development.
