RIDGEFIELD – Travelers on Interstate 5 near Ridgefield should plan for nighttime delays.
Starting Monday, May 12, contractor crews working for the City of Ridgefield, in coordination with the Washington State Department of Transportation, will install a decorative art screen on the Pioneer Street overpass in northern Clark County. The screen will improve safety and make the bridge look nicer for people traveling over and under it.
What to expect
Overnight lane closures are scheduled on I-5 near Exit 14 for Pioneer Street from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. on the following dates.
Monday, May 12 and Tuesday, May 13:
- The center and right lanes on southbound I-5 will close.
Wednesday, May 14:
- The left lanes of southbound and northbound I-5 will close.
Thursday, May 15 and Friday, May 16:
- The center and right lanes on northbound I-5 will close.
Monday, May 19 and Tuesday, May 20:
- The center and right lanes on southbound I-5 will close.
Wednesday, May 21:
- The left lane on southbound and northbound I-5 will close.
Thursday, May 22 and Friday, May 23:
- The center and right lanes on northbound I-5 will close.
