The People United for Clark County PAC will be hosting an event to celebrate Constitution Day featuring former Milwaukee County, Wisconsin Sheriff David Clarke. Sheriff Clarke spent 40 years in law enforcement, earning the nickname of the “People’s Sheriff.”
Clarke is often asked to be a keynote speaker at events around the nation and is well known for his political commentary and his conservative values. He’s also on the board of directors for the Crime Research Center.
The PAC has also asked Clark County Sheriff’s Candidate Rey Reynolds to attend the event to sing the National Anthem and talk about his campaign. Several other candidates have also been invited to attend.
The event is on Constitution Day (Sat., Sept. 17) from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. at RV Inn Style Resorts Convention Center located at 7607 NE 26th Ave, Vancouver. This is a family friendly event with small, Constitution-related activities for children. It’s open to the public. Tickets are $20 at the door, 12 and under are free.
