Tuesday nights are free Family Movie Night at the Battle Ground Community Center

First Family Movie Night is tonight (July 2)

BATTLE GROUND — Battle Ground Parks & Recreation presents free Family Movie Night.   Each Tuesday through August 13, the city will feature a blockbuster, family-friendly movie in the cool comfort of the beautiful Battle Ground Community Center located at 912 East Main Street.

Doors open at 6 p.m. with showtime time at 6:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring their favorite lawn chair and/or blankets and snacks.

Weekly movie themes connect with the city’s Summer Playground Program themes … while they are unable to publicize movie titles, they’ll provide some hints along the way.  It’ll be fun to guess. Or, simply call or stop by – the friendly and helpful Community Center staff has permission to release the name of the movie by phone or in person.

Today, Tue., July 2 is opening night.  The presentation is a fun family film that speaks to courage, confidence, and patriotism.  It features a fictional superhero during a time of conflict around the world. Think you know the movie?

Join in every Tuesday during the summer break at the Battle Ground Community for free Family Movie Night.
