ilani hosts Wine and Food Fest this weekend

Famous chefs and local culinary artists will show off their skills at three-day event

RIDGEFIELD — The ilani Wine and Food Fest will offer three days of culinary events this weekend, Oct. 25-27.

In all, 19 chefs, some who have starred on famous reality television shows, as well as local talent, have confirmed that they will be in attendance at the resort in Ridgefield. 

A variety of food trucks have also been added to the menu, if you will.

There are “Grand Tastings” on all three days of the fest, which begins Friday and concludes Sunday.

On Saturday, there is a brunch in the late morning, as well as vintage elite cru tasting in the afternoon. The celebrity chef dine-around begins at 8 p.m.

On Sunday, another brunch and tastings, as well as an art session.

Tracey Bloom, a former contestant of “Top Chef” and the star of Bravo’s “Don’t be Tardy,” is on the list of chefs scheduled to attend. Kim Zolciak-Beirmann of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” is also on the schedule. 

Chef Monti Carlo, who was a finalist on Gordan Ramsey’s “MasterChef” will highlight Caribbean fare. 

Chef Andy Casillas of Smokin’ Oak in Vancouver is one of the many local talents who will be highlighted, as well. 

A portion of the proceeds from the ilani Wine and Food Fest will benefit the Wine and Food Society of Clark County and the Washington Wine Foundation.
