Upon arrival, the crew found a one-story house on fire with a woman outside saying more people were inside the home.  Crews went into rescue mode and entered the house as quickly as possible to search anyone inside.

Firefighters were able to find one woman in the burning house.  She was taken outside and handed over to paramedics from American Medical Response for treatment and transport to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center.  No one else was found inside the building.

The fire was completely extinguished in approximately 14 minutes.  Vancouver Fire had 25 personnel on scene.
