Businesses impacted by the fire included Carpet City, Phoenix Protection and Styles Unlimited
An early morning blaze in Hazel Dell Wednesday destroyed a building housing several businesses, including a carpet and flooring company.
The blaze was reported shortly before 3 a.m. this morning (May 25), and was fully involved by the time firefighters arrived. Four fire engines from Clark County Fire District 6 responded to the blaze, and we were assisted by several units from Vancouver Fire.
The building is located at 9013 NE Highway 99. Businesses impacted by the fire included Carpet City, Phoenix Protection and Styles Unlimited.
No one was injured in the blaze, which was called under control just before 5 a.m. The fire marshal was on location to investigate a cause.
