The 13-year-old suspect was identified and interviewed.  Due to COVID protocols, the suspect was not physically arrested, but charges of Felony Harassment were forwarded to the Juvenile PA.

During the investigation, it was learned the suspect does not have access to any weapons and no imminent threat could be established.  The deputy is working with the school to notify involved students and parents.  The school district is following their protocol in the suspect student’s discipline.

As a student who attends this school, was on the list, and had my photo taken without my permission being threatened, this is scary. And I don’t know what kind of kid thought it would be funny to do this!! They followed me on tiktok. No clue how they found my account. But this isn’t funny. I’m glad they have been caught.
