
Driver found deceased after crashing off of NE Padden Parkway Thursday
On Thursday (Feb. 9) at about 6:37 p.m. a witness called 9-1-1 to report a vehicle traveling eastbound near the 8400 block of NE Padden Parkway drove off the road and crashed in a wooded area to the south of the roadway. First responders arrived and found the single occupant of the vehicle deceased.
Identification of the decedent will be provided later by the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Those who witnessed the incident are asked to contact CCSO Traffic Unit Det. Michael Trueblood at Michael.trueblood@clark.wa.gov.
This case is active pending further investigation by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit. Additional information may be released at a later date, pending further investigation.
