Update: 14-year-old Vancouver girl missing since late February found safe

Rachael Rose Rutherford was last seen on Feb. 28 in the area of NE 112th Ave. and NE Burton Rd. in Vancouver

The Vancouver Police Department, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, was asking for the public’s help to locate a 14-year-old Vancouver girl, missing since late-February. On Monday, Vancouver Police reported Rachael Rose Rutherford was found safe.

Rutherford was last seen on February 28, 2022, in the area of NE 112th Ave. and NE Burton Rd. in Vancouver.

The 14-year-old Rutherford is 5-foot-2 and about 110 pounds. She has hazel eyes, and usually has light brown to blonde hair, which was most recently dyed blue. She has a mole on her chin, just below her lip.

Anyone with information regarding Rachael waa asked to contact the Vancouver Police Department or Crime Stoppers of Oregon.
