Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office identifies suspect in officer-involved shooting

The man who was shot and killed in Tuesday’s officer-involved shooting has been identified by the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office as 50-year-old Vancouver resident William E. Abbe.
