Columbia Machine to hold onsite job fair Saturday

Area residents have an opportunity to join a worldwide leader in design, manufacturing and support of equipment for industries

In 1937, an ambitious 23-year-old named Fred Neth, Sr., borrowed $800 to open a small shop, Columbia Forge and Machine Works, in Vancouver.

Area residents have an opportunity to join a worldwide leader in design, manufacturing and support of equipment for industries, including batching and mixing concrete products equipment, molds, and palletizing. 

Those interested are invited to visit the Columbia Machine, Inc. Job Fair on Saturday (Nov. 6) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Columbia Machine is located at 107 Grand Blvd., Vancouver, 98661.
