Santa’s Posse delivers with a series of Sunday drives

Volunteers delivered to more than 1,200 families throughout Clark County

Santa Claus will be bringing joy on Christmas Eve.

On Sunday, he got a lot of help from Santa’s Posse.

It was delivery day for Santa’s Posse.

Santa Claus was on hand Sunday morning at the Clark County Event Center to greet volunteers, those who made up “Santa’s Posse” to deliver toys, food, and bicycles to more than 1,200 families throughout Clark County

Volunteers drove to the Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds, picked up bags of toys and boxes of food, and set out to deliver to more than 1,200 families throughout Clark County.

Santa’s Posse is a holiday charity started by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office in 1997.

And the “posse” on Sunday were the hundreds of people who volunteered their time to take those toys all over the region. Hundreds of bicycles were also delivered.
