Territorial Days exhibit to be held July 10 and July 24

The first Territorial Days was in 1961 and was organized to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Amboy Post Office

AMBOY – North Clark Historical Museum will present an exhibit featuring Territorial Days celebrations over the years.  The first Territorial Days was in 1961 and was organized to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Amboy Post Office.  It was to be a one-time event, but was so well received, it has been held every year since that time, with the exception of 2020.

There will also be a Summer Book Blowout planned with plenty of used books for sale in the museum basement.

Quilt Raffle tickets will also be available for “Prairie Sampler,” a quilt made by the Chelatchie Quilters.  This is the annual fundraiser to benefit the museum.
