Free Winter Break Craft supply packets for projects to build a snowman, a polar bear, to make a paper icicle, and create a party popper to ring in the new year are available for curbside pick-up on Tue., Dec. 29 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Battle Ground Community Center located at 912 East Main Street. 

Video instruction for the projects will post to the city’s Facebook page and YouTube channel beginning at noon of the same day.

Battle Ground Parks & Recreation remains committed to providing programs and activities that engage and connect the community.  Virtual and curbside programs in 2020 included Yard Appreciation Week, the 8-week Summer Playground program, Halloween in the Park, and most recently the Holiday Tree Lighting, Window Wonderland, Holiday Banners on Main Street, and Read-Along with Santa.
