I think that they should not only be actively looking, they need to be working. Everyone, everywhere is hiring. I visited friends across the country a couple of weeks ago and was just walking through Union Station, STL and was offered a job. There was no one even stopping at the table to inquire. No one should be sitting on their rear ends at taxpayer expense when people don't have enough employees to do business properly. And while we are at it, that same requirement goes double for those that are turning our neighborhoods into cesspools of trash and drugs. We are sick of it!!
