These are the dumbest columns. I only read them to see just how bad they can be and then I feel compelled to waste time commenting with the hope people are not duped by this Wizard of Oz.

You want to complain about government overspending fine--no argument form me. But property taxes are unconstitutional? Please provide me with your legal analysis that explains exactly how property taxes violate constitutional protections under the 5th and 14th amendments?

You just toss out nonsense because you think it sounds good. "Hey, some people pay property taxes and some don't so it must violation the equal protection because it's not equal." Or, "hey, the government takes my money through taxes on property so it must be an unconstitutional taking." Such superficial, unthoughtful, unintelligent and ill-informed rhetoric is dumb--not dangerous. If you are so convinced don't pay your property taxes and challenge the tax lien in court. Have the courage to test your conviction instead of peddling this crap under the guise that you have some notion of what is you are talking about.

I keep waiting for the column where you say government cannot require licenses or car insurance because we are not driving but travelling and our right to travel is a protected liberty interest that cannot be deprived through license or insurance requirements. I think we are getting closer.

Remember when they added a huge gasoline tax and got away with it? Look at your natural gas bill carefully, they've added an additional tax. Look at automobile registration fees and how they have significantly increased those. Government has an addiction to increasing taxes and spending more. Remember - you don't get the Government you deserve, you get the Government you elect.....
