Over the past several months, I’ve dealt with changing the email address on nearly 200 accounts. Some of them required opening new accounts and, in some cases, losing VIP status, rewards, points, etc. I’ve considered voicing my pique to CenturyLink, but after seeing this article, it appears it would be fruitless.
