One of the papers with possible fecal matter landed inches from another lady seated next to the podium in the front row. Several of us repeatedly asked for the bio-hazard to be removed and rather than address that, the chair told us to settle down and did nothing to the individual (David Alvey aka Fia Marie) who perpetrated the act. Chair Marshall is inept at running a meeting and needs to be replaced.
