I love the idea of a pool and center in Woodland! But I’m concerned with the YMCA after learning of their policy allowing males pretending to be females in female locker rooms. Just recently, the YMCA kicked an 80 year old woman out, who was a member for decades, because she asked a naked male who was looking at young girls to leave the womens locker room. YMCA should have protected the women & young girls from the predatory male who was naked and making them all very uncomfortable, but instead YMCA made the 80 yr old female victim leave. I don’t like the idea of men in women’s locker rooms or showers, and I’m pretty confident Woodland community would not like that either. I suggest finding a different center who respects women and biology.
