Body of missing woman found in her Castle Rock home

Patricia McVay was last seen on Feb. 26; her vehicle was located on March 16 at a hotel near Vancouver Mall

The body of a missing endangered woman, Patricia Marie McVay, has been found in her Castle Rock home. No foul play is suspected. 

McVay was last seen on Feb. 26, but was not reported as missing until a social worker noted her absence from medical appointments on March 11. McVay’s vehicle was located on March 16 at a motel near Vancouver Mall. 

McVay maintains a residence in Castle Rock, but was renting a motel room in Vancouver. A family member found the vehicle and her belongings at the motel.
