Officers located 58-year-old Randall Scott West deceased inside the garage of Vancouver home
VANCOUVER – On Saturday (May 27) at about 5:45 p.m., Vancouver Police responded to the 4000 block of NE 137th Avenue. Officers located a 58-year-old male deceased inside the garage. The victim was later identified as Vancouver resident Randall Scott West.
Detectives from the Vancouver Police Department Major Crimes Unit are continuing the investigation. The Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office determined that West died from multiple gunshot wounds and ruled his death a homicide.
